Buttercream Icing





Ingredients:

1/3 cup softened butter

3 cups confectioner sugar

1 ½ teaspoon vanilla

2 -3 tablespoons milk



1. Blend butter and sugar in mixing bowl or with hand mixer.

2. Stir in vanilla and milk until frosting is smooth and your desired consistency.

3. Allow cake to cool and spread frosting evenly
