This recipe is quick and easy to make. I use my Kitchen Aid Mixer to make mixing easier!
Family Tradition: Pecan Pie

Bake Time: 50 to 65 minutes
Cool Time: 2 hours
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) pecans
1 unbaked 9 in deep dish pie crust or make your own preferred crust. I have a great pie crust recipe to try too!
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon or #KitchenAid Mixer.
3. Line pecan halves on bottom of unbaked pie crust. Pour filling into pie crust.
4. Bake on center rack of oven for 50 to 65 minutes .Cool before serving
5. Top with whipped cream -- I have an easy recipe to make at home.
